These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Outreachmanager LLC ("Outreachmanager," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of [State], with its principal place of business at [Business Address].

Each plan also includes monthly performance reporting. The specific scope and volume of services depends on the plan you select. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on industry, competition, brand starting point, and time invested.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each plan requires a one-time setup fee charged upon signup. This fee covers the initial discovery and audit across all three crafts — technical site audit, design and brand review, content roadmap, video style guide — plus competitor analysis and onboarding strategy session. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
Following setup, you will be billed the monthly subscription fee for your selected plan on a recurring basis. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting billing@outreachmanager.io at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We retain ownership of our internal processes, frameworks, templates, and tooling. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
We will not disclose your business information, traffic data, revenue figures, or strategic plans to any third party except (a) as required by law, (b) to our subcontractors under confidentiality obligations, or (c) with your consent.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Search engines change their algorithms frequently and without notice; we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreachmanager LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outreachmanager LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content or instructions you provide to us, (c) trademark or copyright issues with materials you supply, or (d) your violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that risks our reputation or compliance posture. Upon termination, your access to services ends; previously paid setup fees are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County, State].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
