Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Outreachmanager.io services. We want our clients to be treated fairly and to know exactly what to expect — so there are no surprises if you ever decide to leave.

SEO, design, and video services involve substantial upfront strategic work and ongoing production by writers, designers, and editors. Our refund policy is structured around what work has been performed at the time of cancellation.

2. Setup Fee

Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun. Setup includes the technical site audit, competitor research, keyword research, content roadmap, and onboarding strategy — all of which are delivered to you and immediately consume team hours.

If you change your mind before any setup work begins (typically within 48 hours of payment and prior to the kickoff call), you may request a full refund of the setup fee by emailing billing@outreachmanager.io.

3. Monthly Subscription Fees

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Simply email billing@outreachmanager.io at least 5 business days before your next billing date to ensure the next charge is stopped.

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because content production for that month is already scheduled and writers are already assigned.

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks can take 30–90 days to resolve, while we can typically address concerns within a few business days.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of fees in line with these Terms.

6. Service Pause

If you need to pause services temporarily (e.g., during a busy quarter or due to a major site migration), contact support@outreachmanager.io. Pauses of up to 30 days are available on the Growth and Studio plans.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control — including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, your site's existing authority, and time invested. Refunds will not be issued based on ranking or traffic performance.
