By using our services, you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
2. Permitted Use
Outreachmanager.io is a boutique digital marketing studio offering SEO & content, website design, and video editing services. Permitted use means:
- Promoting legitimate B2B and B2C products and services through organic search
- Publishing original, well-researched content on your owned properties
- Earning backlinks through editorial outreach and digital PR
- Operating within Google's Webmaster Guidelines and equivalent search engine policies

We do not work with the following industries, in alignment with payment processor policies and our own editorial standards:

4. Prohibited SEO Practices
We do not engage in tactics that violate search engine guidelines or put client sites at risk. Specifically, we will not:
- Build links from private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or paid-link schemes
- Use cloaking, doorway pages, or hidden text/links
- Produce AI-generated content without substantial human editing and fact-checking
- Engage in negative SEO against competitors
- Scrape or republish content from other websites
- Use automated comment spam, forum spam, or trackback spam
- Manipulate review platforms or fabricate testimonials
- Make false E-E-A-T claims (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
5. Content Standards
All content we produce on your behalf must be:
- Original and not plagiarized from any source
- Factually accurate and properly cited where claims require sources
- Free from copyrighted material used without permission
- Compliant with FTC disclosure rules where applicable (affiliate links, sponsored content)
- Free from defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
6. Enforcement
If we identify a violation, we may, at our discretion:
- Issue a warning and request remediation
- Pause work pending review
- Suspend or terminate the account immediately for serious violations
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
Suspensions and terminations for AUP violations do not entitle the client to a refund.
